Open House
Open Houses focus on a particular school within the UT Health San Antonio and are geared towards collegiate, pre-professional groups. Minimum group size of 20 students is required, however groups less than the minimum have the option of possibly joining a larger group at a date scheduled by that group. Open houses typically last 3-5 hours. Dental, Nursing, and Medical Open Houses include time with current students, tours of the specific school-related facilities, and often include meetings with the Deans of Admissions/Student Affairs.
Dental
Dental Open Houses are organized through the Office of the Dental Dean. To request a pre-professional visit, please contact Dr. Adriana Segura at (210) 567-3180.
Health Professions Open Houses
Health Professions Open Houses are scheduled as requested. To schedule a group open house, please fill out the request for campus visits form. For individual information, please contact the Health Professions Admissions Office at (210) 567-4838.
Medical
Medical open houses are typically held twice a year on a Saturday (Fall & Spring). If your college/university group is interested in visiting the medical school please fill out our Campus Visit Form. If you’re an individual looking to visit our campus please email Long School of Medicine for specific dates/times to join our scheduled groups.
Nursing
Nursing School Informational sessions are held at various times during the week. Please contact Dr. Chapa to schedule a group session. (Please submit request for campus visit form). For individual registrations, please electronically enroll via the School of Nursing website.
